I thought I deleted the account but when I tried to link and re-add the email, it said the account was already linked to me. Is there any way to restore the folder? I deleted it using the Windows Live Mail Application.

I pulled the view pane from right to left to better see imbedded information -- when this was no help, I pulled it back.  The inbox content, which was previously displayed was now blank.  No other folders contents would display either.  The counter at the lower left continues to show correct content.

My old verizon account was giving me trouble and I switched to Live mail, but I can not figure out how to retrieve deleted messages. If I hit the deleted buttom it only deletes more.

How can I fix this.

One reason I was using Windows live messenger was because of handy notification in bottom right of screen when any new Hotmail arrived. Will his happen with downloaded Skype now that Microsoft owns it.
I am trying to install Windows live software package, and an error meesage "0x80040609" appears, can anyone help? thank you
For weeks now my Live Mail shows this error message when I open it and says it can't send or receive messages. If I close it and reopen it works fine. How can I stop this error?
I'm trying to transfer my PC Outlook files to my iMac.

I've saved the pst files on a thumb drive.

The mac does not see the pst files on the thumb drive.  Not even in the finder.  The files are there - I see them when it's plugged into the PC, but not the Mac.  I see other files on the drive through the Mac - it's just not seeing the ones I need.

Any ideas?

My PC outlook is 2003
The PC is Windows XP
Mac is new.
