HELP! I can receive but not send thru Windows Live Mail. I've tried everyone I can think of...must be the settings?

I am using Windows Live Mail in Italian. However, when I reply to messages, the "from", "to", "date" and "subject" fields are still in English. Why is that and how can it be fixed?

I have a group in Windows Live Mail. I want to add a new address. When I open the group (Start,user name, select contact, find the group .....) and add the contact it gets added. But..........when I then go back to Windows Live Mail and access that
Group name it has not been changed.
Also if I try to add a new contact the same thing occurs. It's in the contact file but not in Windows Live. Must be I'm missing a step some where?

using Google. I installed Essentials, but no icon appeared and I continually have to switch between Google and IE to see if I have an IM.

I have reieved an e-mail from Windows live saying my account has been suspended owing to excessive receipt and sending of emails, as a pensioner who only emails friends and relations (if I send 10 a day and recieve same that is the extent of my emailing!!).
I have been having problems for the last few days with messages that say hotmail is temporarily unavailable. I don't understand why I am having this problem and am unsure as to wether the windows live email recieved is genuine

Using Windows 7, I'm backing up my Contacts in Windows Live Mail Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308) to a CSV file. Some of my contacts have both a personal email address & a work email address, but in the selection window for which fields to back-up,
there doesn't seem to be a tick-box option for work email, and only the personal email address appears in the .CSV file.
I can no longer find my hotmail account which I have used for years when I registered for a new Windows Live account for my new windows phone. How can I retrieve my old hotmail account or speak to someone about this pls, thanks
We have moved to using iPhones and iPad for our remote employees. They currently use Windows PCs for their laptops. We have several requests to give them Macbooks or iMacs that will synch like the iPhone's and ipads.
Does Office:mac on an iMac sync to exchange with active sync? What would be the recommendation?
