Please reset my account too. I am trying to get my Windows 8 Mail App connected to my Hotmail account. I only have 2 phones and a Surface presently synching and can't get my Windows 8 PC to connect/synch.
I am still uncertain, is Skype a option or we must change to Skype because Windows Live Messenger will be gone?

I exported contacts. Then I deleted them all. Then I imported them. The groups that I had defined came back, but they all had zero items in them.
I can not recieve email in my live mail.
I manually configured it and made a mistake.
I have Windows 7.
How can I fix it?
Why wont windows live forward an email with pictures? I keep getting a window which says some of the pictures in this email could not be found.

WLM stopped working, for no apparent reason. I can access the main page, but there are no recent emails listed, and I cannot seuccessfully send/receive
