I have been trying to set up a Kids Microsoft account for my child. I have followed the wizard instructions several times for the past 3 days including providing credit card information to verify that I am an adult. Each time, I receive an error that says, "We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experience technical problems."
Is there a status of when this might be resolved or is there another option to complete the set up process or to set up a kids account? Is there someone I can call to finalize?
