After switching from hotmail to outlook, i cannot add a new contact to messenger

i switched from hotmail to outlook last week

i passed the time where no old contacts appear offline, now all my contacts appear online

now, i added a new contact using my outlook address (she added me using the outlook address), but she never appears online to me. what's more, every time i log out and log in again, the contact disappears from my lists, and i have to add her again with the same (un) success

i already tried the delete cache trick, but it didnt work

is there anymore i can try, or some reported bug for this?

Outlook constantly uploading four messages

I am running Outlook for Mac 2011 version 14.0. This is at work so its on a server. In the lower right corner of the Outlook page, it is constantly uploading 4 messages. Once it finished, no emails appear in the inbox and the upload just starts again after a couple minutes. Each time it uploads, it takes about 10-15 minutes. I am able to send and receive all other email, but receiving is VERY delayed. I know this because we have web-based email also that I can check. 

I have tried rebuilding the database and creating a new identity and neither worked. Anything else I can try?

Can’t attach files in Outlook on a Mac.

Outlook won't let me attach any files on my home Mac. When I click attach nothing happens.  It works fine on my Mac at work, and used to work on the one at home. Could you please suggest some things I can try to fix it?I am using Safari and OS10.5.8

Problems with Outlook

I have a hotmail account since 1998. Two days ago  when I started my hotmail sesion in the Hospital where I work, suddenly changed the configuration to Outlook, in a basic mobile version.

 

Other people in my work with Hotmail accounts haven't had the same problem, and they continue with the access to the hotmail page without problems. It's very difficult to work with the Outlook basic version, and I would like to know how could I get back my old hotmail main menu. Thanks.

I get an error "Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred. Any unsaved work may be lost." when quitting Outlook 2011

As the title says, I get this error when I quit the program. I tried the "delete plist" steps and it does not work, any way around it besides re-installing the program again? Thanks in advance!

My other hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked by someone,i tried to reset password but it didnot work than i answered some questions for recovering my account,so now i received an email from Microsoft saying it will take more than 72 hrs and if my answers are OK than i will be given a link to recover my account,but i have very important emails to be read and answered realted to my legal cases,so how to read those emails ? Its a request to send me account recovery link as soon as possible ???
