The time in Finland was set back on 27th Oct 2013 to winter time, but outlook.com is still following the summer time, i.e. the time stamp is one hour ahead. I tried to change to my location in outlook.com to Estonia and Ukraine, which are in the same time zone as Finland (where I live), and the error was visible there also.

I also tried to change the time zone to Sweden, who is one hour behind Finland, and the Swedish time was displayed correctly.

This problem was visible last winter also, but the time is OK in the summer. So the problem seems to be that the daylight savings switch from summer to winter time isn't executed in outlook.com.

This problem is visible on several different computers using several different browsers.

I have tried to fiddle about changing languages and time zones, but everything seems to fail. What to do?
Hello,

When I download two or more files from SkyDrive, as a zip file, and open in WinZip 14.5 the time stamp indicates a time some hours in the future.  This does not happen when I download a single file.  Is this expected behavior, or a bug?  Thank you.
