I have been trying to use Windows Live mail to link to my Yahoo e-mail account..Finally decided it would not send the e-mails thru- Yahoo would not recognize the sender( found out later that Yahoo charges for that link right?) Decided to use a new e-mail account(Gmail) to try to get the emails thru, but I cannot access the Live mail as all I get is this box, telling me that there have been errors, I cannot delete it, cancel it or scroll down to find out what to do to change  the  sending email address, hoping that gmail would get thru.. If you can make any sense out of this could you please tell me how to fix this.. Quite frankly it is driving me nutz..The error on the notice is 0x800CCC03   Hope somebody knows what that means In other words HELP!!!  I have have about a dozen e-mails sitting in the oops you goofed line.  Thanks so much.. Guess I"m not as smart as I thought.. Thanks again... Marilynne

Yahoo will not hold my  password.  In order to receive mail in Windows Live keeps requesting that I type it in but says it is wrong and it is not.  Have to go to Yahoo sign out then sign back in for it to work.  I understand from other forums that it is an ATT/Yahoo issue and they won't help as long as I can get mail out on the server.  I like to use Windows Live and Chrome as my browser.  The Windows Live error message is 0x800CCC92 if that helps.  When I check my saved passwords, they are correct.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Mary Anne
I have all the settings correct and Outlook can connect and download from Yahoo using IMAP. However, after several hours it stops synching (or at leas stops downloading new emails). Restarting Outlook solves the problem for awhile - till next time. Any idea?
I am using Office 2011 for Mac, and trying to sync with my yahoo mail.  My inbox looks fine, and I can send/receive messages, but none of my sent items have downloaded to my outbox.  My outbox looks empty.  How can I fix this?

Embedded images display in Windows Live Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! mail, and MSN Premium email. At this time they are not being displayed in Outlook.com. The product advertises being easier to use, but now you must look for the email under the Photos folder, find the message, and open it again. THAT IS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE! It should open from your inbox.

If that is not corrected, then Yahoo or Gmail are the only options when Hotmail is replaced

Outlook Mac 2011 can't retrieve email from Yahoo account.
I can get email for one address but not the main one.  I don't know about logon options.  I can get my email on Yahoo but I prefer to use Windows Live Mail.
Also, all my contacts have been wiped out.  I've tried all the passwords I have ever used.
I also have this problem with my wifes Yahoo account.  Her's states that the web browser blocked and it will not download.  I'm wondering if the problems are related.
Hi,

I have around 9 mail accounts which I am trying to configure in outlook 2011 for mac

3 from hotmail ,
3 from Yahoo and
3 from Gmail.....

What I want is that the

3 yahoo's appear under a yahoo inbox,
3 gmails show under a gmail Inbox and
3 hotmails shows under a hotmail inbox..... i..e. outlook would show 3 inbox's instead of 9..

This feature was available in outlook 2007 for windows.... and was wondering how to achieve this in mac outlook 2011

Any kind of help would be deeply appreciated....

Regards

P.S. So basically I am trying to change the delivery Inbox folder....
when trying to download emails for my yahoo account I keep getting the following error message:  The server for account "Yahoo" returned the error "[AUTH] Access to this service is not permitted.." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?

weird thing is that i have two other yahoo accounts under the same passowrd and security settings that work fine?  I have tried uninstalling the account and adding it back only to have the same problem.  The address has worked fine for over a year and all of a sudden started this two days ago.
