I used to have all my hotmail emails automatically forwarded to yahoo, but that seems to have stopped. I went into settings to try to figure out how to restart the forwarding, but I can't. Is this still an option and how do I do it?

I Have yahoo plus and I can check my email via outlook 2013 widows live mail my Rt tablet and thunder bird so I know the issue is not with yahoo.
When I add the account it tells me that it is a password issue or I don't have yahoo plus
The settings are entered correctly I also tried to I'm port from window live error same issue I have emptied all folders junk inbox and sent mail.
I also tried to forward from yahoo.com but the alias never gets the test email more does get conformation emails from Facebook when tiring to add the new address I also tried verify my account by sms but it will only allow me to put in 4 of the eight numbers
I'm trying to switch emails from Yahoo to Hotmail. True Switch has shut down. Any recommendations for another email/file transfer service?

I have a Google account and a Yahoo account. They both appear on Outlook, however, when I try to access them individually at their main domain name website it will not work.
Gmail seems to work fine, but when I try to go on to Yahoo, to access my email, my inbox says there is none. I know that there are emails, since on Outlook it displays that there are 30 unread messages.
I'm not sure if this is a problem with the syncing of Yahoo and Outlook, or something else. I can't access my Yahoo account with any other computer but the computer that I use at work.
This problem is making my life very inefficient. Please help me out.

Seeking simple, quick, efficient solutions; not a "novel" of instructions. Time is of the essence. I use both Microsoft and Apple operating systems (e-communicating has become so ridiculously complex, thanks to the exhaustion of non-user-friendly "upgrades").
As info, due to incredibly - "sucky" - Yahoo upgrades this year, after 15 years of technical gliches and wasted time that I don't have spare, I've had a gutful of Yahoo. Also, due to Yahoo's continuous blatant unobjective media reporting - I won't support that site ever again, and will be encouraging all my relatives and friends to migrate. As a public e-mail service, Yahoo should butt-out of playing/ manipulating the mass populations and stirring reactionaryism - that's what politicians do.

How can I import all of my mail from my yahoo plus account into my outlook.com account? I need all of mail in the folders as well. Trueswitch is not available anymore (site has been shut down) and every time I try connecting my yahoo account to my outlook.com
account I receive an error indicating I might need a yahoo plus account to connect. I confirmed I have the paid yahoo plus account and POP connection are enabled.
