What the **** is going on with our e-mail accounts,not just mine but looks like a whole lot of others have the same problem too!

WTF is going on with my hotmail account? I have received a returned e-mail I never sent!

This happened last year and had to create a new account but now when I tried to I got a message of unable to complete at this time...

I changed my password yesterday,only to find another return notice of unable to send or delayed...I never sent the BS in the first place!

I have no contacts listed,yet somehow it sent out even more to folks I reply to.SO I deleted any info that could be used to gain access to any of my other e-mail accounts,removed my ph. no.etc.etc...was trying to get this BS too end!!! I will try again later to delete my account and make a new one!

I even tried contacting the "postmaster" but that mail was returned as well,I think my account may be frozen now,yet no notice of that as of yet!

I had beefed up my security weeks before,and this only seems to have started at the beginning of July 2012.I ran 3 full scans with 3 different anti-virus,nothing is showing in any of them,even installed a new on temporarily to be safe,nothing showed on that either,so only thing I can think of the account has been hijacked,but the password change should have stopped that! As I said before WTF is going on here???

outlook 2011 add email account hang

Haven't seen this problem identified anywhere else.

Am trying to add an email account to a new Outlook install but every time it causes a hang on the Accounts page. Force Quit is the only way out.

Have retina MacBook Pro running Mac OSX 10.7.4. Installed Office 2011 yesterday and successfully added an Exchange account which sync'd correctly.

When I go into Tools/Accounts and click the Email Accounts button (or the + bottom left) nothing happens ... but this window stops accepting input - no clicks work, it can only be minimised, and Outlook won't allow a regular Quit. You can only Force Quit.

I tried deleting the Exchange account but it doesn't make any difference.

So, I can't add any email accounts to Outlook.

P.S. I don't believe I have Service Pack 2. About Word says I have version 14.1.0

I can remember there was a website I entered yesterday, it was a song downloading website, after clicking to any options it was opening 3 windows by it self and there was popping. Please let me know what to do now? it there any thing to do to remove any thing which already entered into my system using that website?
the name of the website I was using yesterday was "songs.pk" . I am sure it happened after using this website. Please let me know what should I do ..........

Why is my account not unblocking??

For reasons I don't understand, my account was blocked yesterday. (I did send maybe about 50 emails; none were spam). I went through the forms and filled out the questions, but it's been over 24 hours and I have had no response from Microsoft. How do I find out what's going on? Why is Hotmail so quick to mistakenly cutting of account access, and so slow to restore it? I have messages in there that I really need to access now....

Microsoft Office Mac 2011- Can’t do spelling and grammar check on existing word doc

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft office mac 2011 on my apple laptop last year. Yesterday, when I tried to open an existing word doc and try to do a spelling and grammar check it says "Word cannot start the spelling check. The spelling checker files may be missing. Make sure the spelling checker file are installed or use the Microsoft office Installer to install the spelling checker." I can't exit out after this pop up appears the only way to exit is to force quit on my apple computer.

Please let know why this is happening and how I can possibly fix it.

Could not change to that identity – Outlook error after reinstalling

After installing and later reinstalling Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 on my new MacBook Pro, my Outlook worked fine.

However, yesterday I reinstalled again using the same DVD on the same computer and Outlook now no longer works.

It says: “Could not change to that identity. An unknown error has occurred in Outlook”.

When I press "OK", it then tells me to "Select an identity".

There is only one identity showing, which is "Main identity".

When I press "OK", it goes back to the previous error message, and so on, backwards and forwards between the two messages, and Outlook never opens.

Can anyone help? Thanks.

Messenger Video causes "not responding" status

Since yesterday's Windows update to Messenger when I click to start a video call the message comes back "cannot connect" I then have to close the program. Normal IM messenging is fine.What should I do?

MICROSOFT LIVE ESSENTIALS UPDATE

I am having really trouble intstaling this. I was using Messenger up until yesterday but now it says a newer version has been downloaded and must be installed. I start the intstall but then its stops ast 22% and thats it - am now unable to use messenger. Can someone advise what is going wrong? I have tried everything, I have tried yo delte older versions but when I try is states that the file is in use and try later.

Outlook rebuild fails

I have looked through the many entries on solving the issues with rebuilding the Outlook Database

Do not know what caused the "crash" - Outlook worked fine yesterday - but suddenly a rebuild was required and all went sour from there

- Have tried restore old versions from TimeMachine (several old versions - weeks and months)
- Have tried to create new entity
- Tried copy in Finder etc

Everytime rebuild starts fine with scanning and control - then starts loading fine - almost at the end stops - tries to rebuild - and then abort with a message that the database could not rebuild - same result every time - independant of approach

My db is about 1.8 Gb and I have 60Gb free space on my Mac

Mail system is stand alone (not exchange)

Getting pretty concerned (and tired) after hours of trials without progress

Lucky that I an receieve new mails through my iPhone - but getting stessed of not having access to full Outlook

Any fresh ideas and help is highly appreciated !!

Hotmail accounts

one of my email accounts is not receiving emails - I have this message in my account " We couldn't get your messages: Please wait for a moment. The problem should be fixed soon." This was posted yesterday and still not resolved. any suggstions on how to resolve this? many thanks
