the ‘work offline’ button within Home Tab on Windows Live Mail is stuck

I was using Windows Live Mail and I accidentally clicked the 'work offline' button within Home Tab on Windows Live Mail. 
Then I clicked it again to try to Go online but kept offline.

I'm using: Windows 7 SP 1
Windows Live Mail 2011 v. 15.4.3555.0308
Internet Explorer 10
