Microsoft on the phone promised to a call back and still nothing heard. Despite also emailing on the website-- answers Microsoft and completing recovery forms there has been no progress. I have been verified and the password keeps being sent to historic
email addresses not used for years,despite me completing details of the correct active email set up for the link to be sent to.
I keep being told to complete recovery forms by escalation advisors when I email them. On doing this, I then am informed they have too many requests by me and to close the account!! The account is over 8 years old and very active, I can't close it.
I simply want them to send the reset link to me at the correct email address.
I'm not getting anywhere, going in circles and really need access to my main account. The advisors just say the same thing and aren't doing anything to help me.
Microsoft confirm they have verified my details, I have done all they have asked me to but yet nothing is changing and they are failing to support me to resolve the issue.
I have not had access to important information I have received via email and this has made things really difficult.
I can't fill out anymore recovery forms as reached limit and they won't send the reset link to the correct account....
Please help me .... What can I do ? I need my account....
