As requested in a previous post, could someone from support please TAKE OWNERSHIP of this issue, and help myself and the many others who are facing this issue, in some cases, for several months without getting adequate support.
3 different forum threads, 7 forum moderators, 3 support specialists and well over 2,200 Hours (and still counting) and i am still waiting? Oh, and not one single reason as to what the problem is.
