I am receiving the the below mentioned error message when sending emails to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

But as Outlook.com is providing Unlimited space on each email id, then how come the Mailbox is full.  I am just sending a simple email without attachments, so there should not be any issue of attachments as well.


Kindly resolve this issue as my clients are not able to correspond with me.
