I've had my live.com email for many years. I have my own custom domain, and wanted to link my email address from a custom domain to the live.com ID. I added domain management at http://domains.live.com and added the custom address that I previously added as an alias. The domain manager told me the custom address already existed and that I could "import" it. So I did.

Eventually this ended up not being worth the effort as I couldn't figure out what was linked to what anymore so I canceled domain management for my domain.

Now all the mail from my live ID that I've had forever is gone gone gone. I really need it back as this is how I keep organized.

It's not in a deleted items folder. It's gone.
