I am trying to set up an apple ID using my hotmail e-mail account. I am told that an Apple ID already exists for my e-mail address. I know that I haven't set up an Apple ID but, just to check, I tried to change my password for the apple ID. I am asked for my date of birth and it tells me that the authentification does not match.
