I have windows XP on my computer and I was wondering how to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 onto the computer because it says its a camera. I've gotten to where it shows the pictures on my phone and when I left click them it says save to My
Pictures, but I don't want to have to go through all 700 of them and save them. So that brings me to my next question, can I save multiple pictures at at time!0? Thanks for the help!
