my xbox account is stuck on a security profs screen where i have to enter my email and password but my account says it does not have a email (when i try to use the parent account email and password which i use to recover it) it does not work so i need to find my accounts email and password

I did talk to customer service and they walked me through some things but all of them did not work such as going to security on parent account and trying to find associated emails other than the main one

Please help if you can
