Ok, this is what is happening:  I forgot my password, and I tried to remember it and entered the wrong password so many times, I got locked out of my account. I also tried the "reset my password" option that Hotmail offers.  BUT, I do not currently have the original e-mail account addresses anymore that I originally entered into my "reset my password" page. So, I had to choose the alternate option to answer all the questions regarding my account. I tried this multiple times, but it never worked. I AM FRUSTRATED! I pay $19.95 to have a Hotmail account and I get NO SUPPORT from them.    Also, I am able to get into my Hotmail account on my computer at home b/c the cookies have kept my page and keeps me logged in. But, this won't last forever, and then I will really be screwed.  Can you please help me reset my password? THANK YOU!!!!
