I have had the same email address (@hotmail.co.uk)for over 7 years. Recently my account has been hacked a despite several attempts to give all the information I can I have now been told to create a new account. Everything I have goes to that email address: itunes, playstation network (which was also hacked and the reset password has gone to said email account) newsletters, etc.
