2 months ago i tried to access my Hotmail account and to my surprise my account was blocked because "someone tried accessing my account. i followed the normal procedures but it wouldn't accept my password.i tried the reset option, filled in the form, still the account wasnt activated.
I then posted on this forum and was asked some further questions to which i replied, still nothing. All i get now is " this has already been escalated and someone is taking a look at it" its been 2 months FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ive even told them that i will provide ID proofs that it is ME that setup and owns the account. its linked to my facebook etc too. it doesn't take a genius to put 2 + 2 together and conclude that its the same person!

i need my account back as its got almost 15 years of info, docs etc. it was my only email address and is linked with everything!

why can't such a HUGE company sort this out in a timely manner, why is it treating soooo many other like me like trash!
