I have had apple support try to set-up and import my MSM and e-mail accounts on my new MAC computer but they have been unable to set-up the outlook account. The outlook account appears with a lightning bolt next to it. Can you please help me with this
issue? Also, when I log into my Microsoft MSN and outlook e-mail accounts via the internet, I noticed that I am not receiving all of my e-mails. Has Microsoft change the required settings? Or are there any current issues receiving Microsoft MSN e-mails?
