I've recently gone through a spate of having to recover my old hotmail account, which was connected to my windows phone, in order to play online on my xbox, each time i'd have to fill in the information on the verification form and then reset the password, and each time i must have changed it to something i wouldn't remember, or it got hacked because the next time i signed in the password was always incorrect. I don't use the email account for messaging purposes anymore, it's purely linked to my XBox account, and not being able to sign in means I can't get XBox live. Now when I try to access my old account through verification, I'm turned down, with the same information I had given previously. Obviously with the account being so old I can't remember what the last email i sent was, and I wrote my security question about 12 years ago....

Please can you help? I just want to play games online :(
