It started with my IPhone. I tried to link to a free wifi connection at a restaurant. When I next tried to access email on the phone - all my folders are visible but if I try to sync the mailbox it just spins and stays totally blank. Eventually a message
comes up to say ' cannot get email. connection to server has failed.
I believe there is a problem with this particular account as i am having problems connecting via my laptop as well. I have intermittent access but most often am greeted with a message that 'there is a problem with signing in'. I am able to access the
'sign in' page. When I key in email and password for primary account nothing happens. When I try to access my second account - it's fine. the HTTP: address for the non working email is SNT ... the second one is on 'col'.
The good news is I still seem to have access my calendar and contacts- both from mobile and laptop.
I've used this account for probably 10 years and never had a problem before.
HELP please .... I've tried resetting network on my phone - it hasn't made a difference except I can't access my own wifi now!
As this is my main account for work it's now getting critical.
