I was notified on August 5 that the credit card on file had expired and needed to be updated. The account expired on August 6. I have not been able to get into the proper place to update. The instructions I have followed are as follows:
1. Go to Commerce.microsoft.com
2. Select payment options
3. Select Edit
When I select Payment Options there is no Edit. It asks if I want to redeem a Microsoft card towards the payment.
Any help in getting to the proper place in the web site will be appreciated.
