When I follow the instructions to close my MSN account, I get a message saying I must first deactivate my Hotmail (MSN.com) e-mail account. When I follow the instructions to deactivate the e-mail account and press the "Deactivate" button, the system signs out my account and I am brought to the sign-in page.If I sign back in, nothing has changed. The e-mail has not been deactivated and I am back where I started. I have tried this operations with multiple browsers with the no change. Help.
