I received an email containing no attachments from a known and trusted friend. I read the email and then tried to delete this email but instead of the email going into the deleted file I got a box that said "An unknown error has occurred". There was
no error number only the "OK" option to click. I tried to move the message to the deleted file and still got the same box with the "An unknown error has occurred". In the spot where the text of the email should appear it says "Message cannot be found".
I can delete/move any and all other messages in my inbox except for this one email. I tried rebooting my computer and still the message's subject remains and I'm stillvunable to delete this email. I contacted
Microsoft and they told me they only support Outlook and not Windows Live Mail. Can anyone HELP!
