I'm unsure how this has occurred as my primary Microsoft Account has a completely different email address and has no linkage to my old hotmail account (not an alias, not in the notification settings etc...).  Even more odd is the legacy hotmail account gets cc'd on any purchases made from my primary Microsoft Account??

Regardless, I'm unable to delete my old legacy hotmail account.  If an Admin or someone from Support could message me - I'd like finally get this resolved as so far chats with Xbox Live support, etc... have not been helpful.
