I am trying to find my junk mail folder in my outlook.com account. I am being sent emails but not able to view them because they are (I believe) getting forwarded to the hidden junk mail folder. My account use to be part of family safety via a parent
account and had limited permissions. The limited permissions have been removed and the option to manage rules or see the option to do so are still not visible. We (my father and I) have tried to edit the permissions but are unable to do so (They are greyed
out). If someone could look at my account and reset it to a default/general email account this would be great. I can send details with a private response as needed. We have both tried to edit permissions logged in as my father's account and mine. Seems
like the account is stuck as a restricted view type. My younger sisters have access to all fo their features. Please help.
