When in my email account it has in the last week or 2 become unable for m e to forward email messages as my contacts won't go in like they used to. A beginning contacts list will come up but a square appears  that never finishes loading. I believe the symbol on it is the circular reload.  I'm a novice and do not know what to do. I miss being able to forward emails to friends and family. Please HELP!  I appreciate it very much.
