I cannot log into my child's account which is connected to me through Family Safety. The page says that the account needs to verify through an adult, I go through multiple pages, log into my own account, submit my credit card info and then get the message
"We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later". I get this on multiple computers/browsers. I AM UNABLE TO LOG INTO MY CHILD'S ACCOUNT other than on Surface RT where this account is embedded
in (but he cannot get into the App Store either because of these technical difficulties. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
