Hi I have an issue where I am trying to install Windows Essentials 2012. It fails due to 2 error messages:

Couldn't install these programs: Mail, Messenger, Photo Gallery and Movie Maker, Writer

It looks like another program is preventing the installer from working

Error: 0x80070643

Couldn't install these programs: Messenger

Because there was a problem updating one of the programs, none of them were updated

I have used the fixit which claims to have resolved issues

I have also tried both the online and offline installers but I still get the same issue. Is there any way to resolve that?

I am using Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
