Since May 21 I have been unable to access my Hotmail Plus account via either Outlook 2010 or Windows Live Mail. This started after I changed my password (coincidence?) and now I can only login via a browser (which works fine). I also seem to have trouble
logging in with SkyDrive unless I have already logged in via the browser. NOTE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING ON 3 DIFFERENT MACHINES, 2 RUNNING WINDOWS 7 AND 1 VISTA.
Symptom: repeated requests for the login password which keep getting rejected even though correct.
Is there possibly something wrong with my Hotmail account that is causing this and, if so, can someone look into resolving this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the pieces at my end and, since it is happening on multiple machines, believe the problem
is related to an MS authentication bug.
