We bought a shiny new Xbox 360 for Christmas, but have been unable to play anything because the profile won't login. After my 2.5 hour chat with Xbox support on Christmas day, and then my hour long call to Xbox support a day later, I was advised this is
an issue with the Live account.
I have successfully reset the password on the account, answered the security questions, generated multiple codes to my cell phone, and filled out the form to unlock the account online (twice). The most recent email from Xbox support directed me to this forum
- I'll assume the irony of being sent to a forum that requires a login to troubleshoot login issues was overlooked by Xbox support.
Obviously, I've logged into an alternate account to post this plea. I won't publish any details of the account here, but I would like to be contacted for further assistance. After making a continued investment into Microsoft products, I would like to opportunity
for my kids to play their new games.
