i have been trying to get a password reset mail from Instagram for the past 1 week, and it seems that I'm not able to receive any mail from Instagram. I have already tested out on my own and i'm able to receive any other regular mails. My Gmail has no
problem receiving password reset mail from Instagram for another Instagram Account. My hotmail account is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I have already done the following:
- Sign into your account
- Click the Gear Icon, then choose More Mail Settings
- Under Customizing Hotmail, click on Rules for sorting new messages.
- Click New button
- Under Step 1: Which messages do you want this rule to apply to?, on the first box with dropdown list, selectSender's address and on the second box with dropdown list, select is.
- On the third box, type sender's email address. You may select any option that you want to use in first, second and third box depending on your preference.
- Under Step 2: What action do you want to apply?, select Move to Inbox.
- Click on Save button.
And
1. Log in to Outlook.com.
2. Click the cog icon at the upper right and select More mail settings.
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe senders.
5. Type the Instagram email address in the Sender or domain to mark as safe field and then click Add to list >>.
I have been trying to get this solved for the past 1 week or so but to no avail. Please do help me to resolve this issue.
