I tried to register my domain name (www.charlottelong.com) but unsuccessful.  I got the error message "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case".

This is a personal domain registered using my own name, would you please help me out to unlock it?  Thank you very much.
