I'm unable to reopen any mail moved to a folder. The folder has been created from a mobile device and the mail has been also moved from a mobile device, but I try to open it from my computer and it doesn't work.
The message I get while trying to open the file is this one :
Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to
check if there's a problem with Outlook.
