Hi,

My issue regarding accessing my old email address is still ongoing.  I opened a thread awhile ago under http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/wlsecurity/cannot-verify-account/1660d2b7-f277-4980-a376-379955b8980e but it's now closed due to lack of feedback.  The last time I responded I never receive a response back so gave up but I'm still determined to get into my account.

I recently, for the fun of it being possibly the 12th time, tried to reset my password but this time around my new mobile number came up so I could finally confirm the reset - joy.  I was sent a code, reset my password and logged in only to be confronted by the dreaded "It looks like someone else is using your account" message.  I had to confirm my account again but this time when I went to select the mobile number to confirm, only my old number shows up....

This has been going on for probably over a year now and I think we can all agree that taking over a year to try and unlock my account is ridiculous.  Please don't ask me to fill in the questionnaire again as I've explained I've done this more times than I care to remember.  I understand you take security very seriously and I credit you for that but when it comes to the point where it actually hinders the user from getting into his account at all, it ends up boiling down to your better judgement or never being able to access their account ever again.

Can someone who is willing to help actual advise how I can prove I'm the owner of my original email when I can no longer use the methods provided?

On a side note I know it may sound like I'm being rude but please understand it's taken over a year to try and get into my email and I'm no further from day 1 of trying so I apologise if this is taken personally.

Kind regards
