In my contact list I have 2 groups, NDSJC Contact list & NDSJC Committee. when i try to send an email to NDSJC Contact list I get the following message: "Please use the following format for email addresses: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. If you're using category names or nicknames, make sure you don't have any typos. Unknown names: R & P Seppel."
If I delete the contact named & re-send I get the same message but with a different name. Yet I can send an email individually to the contact named. There has not been any problem until approx a week ago. I can send emails to NDSJC Committee with no problems.
Please HELP
So far I have been unable to locate a contact telephone number for Microsoft Support.
