I have been attempting to send email to people from my websites email address however any to Microsoft email accounts were being bounced back with the following message:
MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Recipient: [SMTP:**********@hotmail.com]
Reason: 550 SC-002 (BAY0-MC2-F37) Unfortunately, messages from 213.246.49.251 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
I have contacted the hosting company who say the spammers account has been shut down but there is no solution on their end other than to wait for Microsoft to remove the blacklist.
Can you tell me when this will happen or if it is possible to have it removed now the hosting company has locked the account because we are a charitable youth work organisation and since a majority of young people use hotmail, outlook or live email accounts
this is causing us some issues.
