I am still getting this error on my windows live mail, was working fine 2 days ago

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co (soundfader) account.

Server Error: 3204

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE20003

please help

I have removed account, added account etc etc but nothing works
