Unable to Send Receive in Windows Live Mail

Hi,

I am unable to send or receive amil in Windows Live Mail. I have Windows Vista and the full error message is as follows:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (uk-tomko) account.

Server Error: 0x80072F19

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072F19

Can you help?
