Hi, I am using someone else's laptop as I am unable to send/receive messages from my sympatico account and also unable to sign in to microssoft account-getting a server error 500? This is for the past 3 days and Microsoft support can not help with Windows
Live Mail issues nor server errors as this is related. I was given website answers.microsoft.support, can not talk to anyone, very frustrating. I have deleted and downloaded the latest Windows Essentials and nothing has changed! Help!
