I have a private domain mail accounts hosted at outlook.com. I am unable set up auto forwarding. It says my account is not verified, though it does have a mobile number verified on it.
When I opt to receive a text message (SMS) to verify, I don't receive any message. Note that for initial verification, I was able to receive SMS.
It's only when I have to revalidate to set up forwarding, that I don't receive a SMS. Sometimes, it even shows this error:
"Couldn't send a new code".
When I click the link to send SMS again, I get this error:
"Sorry, we can't do this right now. Please try again later."
Here are the accounts where this problem is seen.
