Unable to use domain on Windows Live Admin Center

I have previously posted my question on scootcrewcomms.net not being able to used on Windows Live Admin Center for Outlook.com email (see below).

Hi there,

We are unable to use the domain name scootcrewcomms.net to setup email accounts on Windows Live Admin Center.  

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

The domain is registered for an airline company in Singapore.  Please advise.

It's been almost a week and I have yet to receive a response.  Morever, the old thread was locked.  Could somebody please assist to expedite the resolution of this case even though it has already been escalated?
