So, i clicked next and asked Microsoft to send me a security code to my alternative email account, which is also a hotmail account. However, there isn't any security code sent to my alternative email account. I have checked both the inbox and the spam folder and any other folders. I have done these steps about 5 times. There is just nothing in there.
i also tried another option which is to fill-out the questionnaire. But i could only answer a few question about my personal information and thus i was not able to submit the form.
Therefore, i chatted to 3 customer support staffs from Microsoft support, they asked me to submit a request to the team. I submitted a request yesterday and have waited for more than 24 hours. Until now i still have not got any reply from the team. So, i post a question here and hope someone can help me with. I have much important information in my email account and need to get it back urgently. Please, Help!!!!
