Unblocking a hacked hotmail account? email adress which code is being sent to no longer exists

Hi,


I find my self in this position, and would appreciate it if someone could advise me how to get the code of my old account (removed by moderator) emailed to my temporary account (removed by moderator). I desperately need to get my old account back. Can the reply regarding this message be sent directly to my  temporary account (removed by moderator)?
