I do business with a number of legitimate online retailers. However that means I also get a lot of mail from them. I used the "Unsubscribe" feature in Outlook, only to discover that it in reality is a "Block" function.

Which means that it's also blocking any Order confirmations, Customer Support, or PASSWORD RECOVERY. So yes, I'm unable to access some of my online accounts because the email to reset the password or confirm log-in information is blocked from my Inbox.

I was told to add the domain to my Safe-Sender list, however this doesn't work. Apparently Outlook in it's infinite wisdom decided "Unsubscribe" and "Block" were the same thing. And also determined that it should take priority over any White/Black list I set up.
