recently i using window 7

i did purchase movie maker on 28 oct 2017 wit payment as attachment above for license, unfortunately until today unsuccessfully use movie maker at all !!!

after done save my project movie, once open play is only appear black with sound not mpeg 4 at all...... , i did retry deleted & reinstall few times also cant solve problems & i did send in email to Win Movie maker Team also no reply at all  :( 

hope movie maker management solve tis kind of problems as soon as possible or else refund the money to the consumer as per request.
