I have been requested to start a new thread and direct MS Employees to the thread that I initiated my particular issue on.

As can be seen within my private message area of this thread I have given the information requested thus far before being asked to start a new thread.

I would respectively ask that the private message area be read by an MS employee before proceeding to ask further questions to avoid repetition of information already supplied.
