Hello! I failed to log in my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that is active suddenly. I had filled in and sent the verification account form for many times. The replied email from hotmail stated that they will send the security code to my another hotmail account
but the second account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) also be blocked. They kept saying that i didn't provide sufficient informaion to them but I filled all the questions required. Thus, i can't receive the security code. Please help me to find the solution as soon as possible!!!!
